Fretz RV has earned the prestigious Circle of Excellence award. Fretz RV is one of on only 116 Winnebago and Itasca dealerships across the United States and Canada to earn the Circle of Excellence award. This award was created in 1986 to recongnize select dealers for excellence in customer satisfaction. The award is determined by four categories:

• Purchase and Delivery Satisfaction Study which is a direct customer feedback after the purchase of a motor home.
• Customer Satisfaction Study which surveys customers six months after their purchase
• Sales and Marketing Assessment that evaluates a dealership's sales and market share.
• Service Parts Assessment that evaluates a dealership's warranty/parts inventory, service training and certified technicians, and traveling customer care.
