Fretz RV’s Service department was very responsive to all my questions reference technical instructions to the maintenance that they had completed. They were also flexible when I picked up the trailer after maintenance completion.

This is the second purchase from Frets RV. The first was a 2012 Jayco X17Z and purchased new. We were very happy with the build quality of Jayco. As time goes on the Wife and I wanted to get away from the tent ends and we saw a used 2018 X213 on the Fretz website and wound up trading in and buying the 213. We recently had our first visit for service at Fretz which was a 550 mile drive from Maine. On our way to a scheduled maintenance check we encountered a problem with our use of propane which put a damper on our first road trip. Fretz team worked us in a day early and fixed our issue so our adventure could continue. The staff at Fretz could not have done more for us. Me and my wife are first time RV buyers and had a lot of questions about what kind of RV we could afford for our travel plans .Our salesman Jerry spent a couple hours one day showing me all the different class B RV’s, the different options available, how they operated and had me take one for a test ride. And a week later did the same thing when I brought my wife with me! They gave us a great price on a Pleasure Way which is perfect for our needs. The day we picked it up Jerry spent a lot of time showing us how everything works and took us to the store where they explained everything we would need as first time RVers . We were more than satisfied with the whole experience!!

Really enjoyed the experience of buying a used RV at Fretz. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable and went through the RV carefully. On the spur of the moment I asked to see a few other RVs and they were quite willing to show them to me. Only issue and thus a rating of 4 was that one tire seemed to be low and they checked it and filled it up, but then, I came to find that all of the tires were low--by about 15 psi. I was told that a general check of the RV would be done, but this was not. The tires have held their pressure for 400 miles and several weeks, so it wasn't the tires, just the attention to getting them to the right pressure. Overall it was a good experience, I appreciate their education, finding me a good loan rate and the discount in their store when I bought the RV.

We have been looking for a camper for over 3 years now. We ended up at various dealers throughout both Pennsylvania and New Jersey over the course of this time. Everyone seemed to he pushy and want to close a sale without fully listening to us. They often took us to trailers well outside our budget and weight range/length. A friend finally recommended we reach out to Fretz RV. We ended up on the phone with Lou Levine and when we showed up he was fully prepared with over 10 campers that would fit within our budget and check off a majority of our boxes. He listened to our concerns and even knocked a few off of this list himself. Over the course of the next few weeks we would be spending a lot of time with him to find the right camper. He was honest, patient, and super friendly and awesome to work with. We feel like we gained a friend in the process! While working with him, he received numerous phone calls and text messages from previous customers who have his personal contact information and he helps them through with any questions or issues. This is even months and years after selling a camper to them in some cases. We ended up reaching out to him our first trip with a question and he helped us tremendously within minutes over the phone. We have already recommended many people work with him that we know when looking for an RV. If we ever decide to upgrade we will definitely be seeking him out to work with again. Outside of Lou with sales everyone there was extremely friendly and great to work with. The men in the store were all knowledgeable and willing to give us their personal contact information if we ran into any issues while on the road. We can’t recommend Fretz enough if you are considering an RV!

Purchasing our RV from Mary was a very great experience. We knew exactly what we wanted. We filled out the credit app online, got our approvals and everything within an hour or 2. Filling out the paperwork was so easy once we went to the office. Mary gave us a great demo of our RV and we were off to enjoy.

My wife and I could not be happier with the attention and service we received from Fretz RV when purchasing a used 2017 Pleasure-Way Sprinter van. Mary was our primary contact. Mary and the Fretz RV team thoroughly inspected the van and found a couple items that needed to be fixed prior to our purchase. They provided complete transparency on the items that needed attention and that provided us great comfort. There was a minor issue after the purchase and Fretz RV made it right. Customer service is a priority for this business…from Jim who picked me up at the airport, to Pete & Ben in the service department and Mary being there every step of the way. About two years ago my husband and I visited Fretz RV where we were introduced to Joe Hooven. We were looking for a Class B motorhome to travel to VA and TX where our son's live with their families. Joe was very kind, knowledgeable and very very patient as we were new to the RV world and had a lot of questions. He showed us quite a few Class B's and some C's to compare, gave us a lot to think about. Unfortunately, we had some family health issues and that took the motorhome out of the budget. But, we received occasional emails from Joe over those two years asking how we were doing and to give him a call if we ever needed his service. Fast forward to May 2024, we made an appointment with Joe and returned to Fretz. Joe found us, (after showing us lots of Class B's) a beautiful Leisure Travel Unity Van Class B+ which was perfect for us. I wanted to write this review with the background info because that is what drew us back to Fretz. The kindness, and the friendly attitude, the patience, all made it a very pleasant experience. We had so many questions and Joe went over all the features again and again. When we picked up the RV the Service Department had done an excellent job, they were meticulous in fact. Brian in Finance helped us close the deal with all the paperwork, with a smile I might add. Overall just a very pleasant experience to start our RV life. We just got back from our Grandson's Ice Hockey Tournament, had a great time, no creepy hotels for us, and they all loved spending time at the RV between games. Five Stars plus Joe, thanks again. The team at Fretz are fantastic! We had visited several dealers and looked at several models while trying to decide what we wanted. We came in with a used unit mind, didnt care for it...looked at 4 other used units, and ended up driving away towing a brand new fully covered unit for not much more than the 6 year old unit we thought we wanted. Chris S went above and beyond to help us, and not once did we feel unwelcomed. He spent the entire day on 2 different Saturday's working with us, not to mention the numerous emails and texts. Everyone we came into contact with made us feel like a friend. We would definitely recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience at Fretz RV Sales. The salesman Pete, was awesome. Very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Great dealership for getting a new RV. Met with multiple salesman at Hershey Show representing ALL the different brands Fretz has. Not disappointed. As a first time buyer, all of our questions were answered along with ones we did not know to ask. Final pick up was pleasant and informative. Have not yet had any warranty issues, but so far, so good.

To me, customer service is the most important part of any transaction. Mary and Brian exceeded my expectations. Not only did Mary take her time going over all aspects of the motorhome, but she also helped (by helped I mean did all the hard work herself) re-winterize the unit as I was headed back to an area far colder than PA. I could go on with all the little ways Fretz RV, especially Mary made my first-time buying experience superb, but you should probably just find out for yourself.

This by far was the best buying experience my wife and I have had in buying a new travel trailer. Mark are salesman was great, never felt any pressure to buy. He answered all the questions we had and responded to are emails and phone calls very quickly. They even gave us more for are trade in then any other RV dealers that we talked too. Which help us make the decision easier to buy from Fretz RV. We had one little problem on delivery day but it was resolved quickly and in a timely matter. I gave a 5 star rating because 10 stars were not available. I live in Wisconsin and bought a used camper from Fretz. So before driving to Pennsylvania, I had a lot of questions. Mary was phenomenal in getting all of my questions answered before the trip and during the transaction. She explained things so well during the walkthrough and has been available after the sale for questions that have come up. My only regret is I can’t use Fretz as my dealer for ongoing service because of how far away they are. I definitely recommend them!!!

Eric, in the finance department, had obviously dealt with all the paperwork 1000 times and was patient and helpful with navigating all of that piece of our purchase. There is also a convenient & huge RV supply store on site and we received a generous coupon to use (along with some fun Fretz swag!) It was quite a distance to travel from our home in northeast NJ but was well worth the trip!

We just bought our first travel trailer and Mary Stevens could not have been more helpful. We met at the Hershey show at the end of a very long Saturday. She and her team were very patient even though it was "closing time"! And Mary's been great ever since. I bought a Winnebago Access TT. Mary spent the best part of an entire Friday afternoon taking me all through the unit, inside and out to make sure I understood everything. I couldn't have had a better experience so far. Also, being a first-time owner, Kyle took extra time to show me the Blue Ox hitch system and how it worked. Picked up my Roadtrek Zion 2 days ago. Fretz TV gave me a great experience. I have to start with my salesman, Chris Stricker. From the Hershey show, Chris took great care of me. Kept me updated on the progress of the build. My walk thru was very thorough. Chris was patient and allowed me to go over the 4 pages of prepared questions and notes I had brought. Henry at the store was also very knowledgeable. I got a full tour of the store and learned so much from him. I felt supported and taken care of the entire day. I highly recommend this dealership. We recently purchased a Leisure Travel Vehicle. Given that we are on the west coast communication was key. Mark Phillips did an awesome job answering our questions and reviewing the ins and outs of our RV once we were on site. On 9/27/23 my husband and I took delivery of the most awesome RV ever, a 2024/2023 LTV Wonder. Our salesman was Mark Phillips. After we turned in our rental car we tried to get an Uber but they said there wasn’t any available…I then called Mark. A few minutes later Mark came to the rescue in his own personal vehicle. My husband is handicapped but you should have seen Mark take care of him…it was like having a personal nurse. When we got to Fretz and finished up the paperwork with Brian Strampel who was patient, kind and friendly, Mark drove our Wonder to a convenient spot for my husband to get in. After asking my husband for permission, Mark moved my husband’s feet/legs so he could get in the Wonder (with practice he will be able to do that himself). Mark explained everything about the Wonder and when explaining all the things in the inside, he made sure to include my husband. Mark asked if my husband wanted to come out of the Wonder to learn about the outside (he was willing to extract my husband after working so hard to get him in). There was no need for my husband to come outside because when we got to the campground I would be setting up camp. We've rving for over 40 years. Dealing with Fretz RV brought the memories of when dealerships treated you like a friend and wanted you to come back. Sales people are well informed with products and if a question is brought up they will work to get the correct answers quickly. The unit was clean and in working order when we walked through, no saw dust or wire cuttings found laying around. We would recommend Fretz RV for first time buyers or long time buyers.

This was my first time buying an RV so I wasn't sure what to expect and I've heard horror stories with RV dealers in general. But with FRETZ RV I was blown away by the down-to-earth professionalism the entire team brought to the transaction. My Sales person (Harris) was fantastic and spent all the time needed to get me comfortable with the purchase. Additionally, Harris new all the systems of my Leisure Travel Van systems and trained me up so I was very happy driving out of the RV lot! Brian in the Finance department did a great job, both financing and warranty process was smooth. I am also an owner of a Family run business and I appreciated doing business with them!

My wife and I are new to RVing. We rented a RV to tryout before making any decisions to purchase. Our salesman, Lou Levine, was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with during the whole process. He took the time to answer our (many) questions and to explain the workings of the Roadtrek van we rented. Lou even walked our dog for us when we returned the van so we could unload our belongings back into our car..lol. Overall, a great experience with Lou and Fretz RV!

Purchased 2021 winabago from Al papa last week. A few issues at 1st and I became a little jumpy. I must say Al and Eric,Gary,and Pete responded so well it made me feel a bit to cranky. These guys are really solid. I previously purchased my trade at the place next next door where I was also very satisfied.
