This is week 2 of Fretz RV’s Fall Camping Recipes Series, and this one might be my personal favorite! For all my s’mores people who also happen to be pumpkin pie people, this mashup is for you! From the warm gooey marshmallow, silky sweet white chocolate, and delectable pumpkin butter, these s’mores mean business!
With this simple recipe, some hot cocoa, a campfire, and your cozy RV to sleep in at night, you’ve got everything you need for a perfect fall getaway roadtrip!
Ingredients
- Marshmallows — (you could get the Jet-Puffed pumpkin spice mallows for extra pumpkin flavor)
- Graham crackers
- White chocolate bar
- Pumpkin butter (or pumpkin pie filling)
- Pumpkin pie spice
Note: Pumpkin butter is an autumn fruit spread made from canned pumpkin and other sweet and spicy ingredients – like apple cider, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves — simmered over low heat until the flavor is concentrated. It tastes like pumpkin pie and adds a delicious level to these s’mores. However, feel free to substitute this with a can of pumpkin pie filling!
Instructions
- Roast marshmallows as desired and simply assemble your s’mores! Sprinkle marshmallows with pumpkin pie spice and sandwich between graham cracker squares with the pumpkin butter and white chocolate. Enjoy!
