Ingredients
- ¼ cup vegetable/canola oil
- 4 Naan
- 1 chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 packet dry Ranch dressing
- 4-6 strips bacon
- 1-2 cups Italian cheese blend
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup fresh spinach
- 2 tbsp red onion
- 2 garlic cloves
Instructions:
- Start by washing and drying all your produce.
- Thinly slice the spinach into strips and mince the red onion and garlic cloves
- Next, pat the chicken dry with a paper towel and chop into bite-size pieces. Season with salt and pepper, and a tablespoon or more of the dry ranch dressing.
- Heat a cast-iron skillet over your fire and cook the bacon until crisp. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside to cool.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cook through.
- Next, you want to spread out the coals on your fire and allow it to burn down to a moderate heat with no large flames. While the fire is burning down, clean the grill, grate, and oil generously to prepare it for the pizza.
- Using a silicone pastry, brush brush the oil on the Naan and place it on the great over the fire to cook until golden brown.
- Remove the Naan from the fire and brush the non-toasted side with oil then turn it over and top the toasted side with chicken, crumbled, bacon, the minced garlic, red onion, and spinach. Sprinkle the whole top of the pizza with cheese and place on the grill grate over the fire.
- Once the bottom of the Naan is toasted, and the cheese is melted, remove it from the heat and cut to serve.
